Geothermal energy is the exploitation of the energy that the subsoil offers us. We take advantage of the fact that the earth keeps its temperature constant throughout the year at a relatively shallow depth. With the use of a geo-exchanger, a system of piping that we place underground, a geothermal pump, and an in-floor system, we can heat any home in the winter and cool it in the summer.

In winter, the water-glycol mixture of the external circuit absorbs the stored energy of the ground, and with the help of the pump, we achieve water temperatures of 35-45^o C, enough for the operation of the underfloor heating.

In the summer, the system follows the reverse process, i.e. it extracts heat from the building and transfers it to the geo exchanger

Advantages

Low operating costs, 70% to 80% of the energy required for heating-cooling is absorbed by the geo-exchanger, and the operating costs of a geothermal system are extremely reduced.

Environmental friendliness, as it does not exhaust energy resources and does not produce pollutants (zero CO2 emissions).

Freedom of space, as all that is needed, is a small and compact pump.

Zero maintenance, the geo exchanger needs no maintenance, while the geothermal pump only needs a periodic check.

Geothermal Materials

GEO-Flex pipe is a polyethylene pipe with a cross-section of Φ25 (for a horizontal geo-exchanger) and Φ32 with a welded nozzle (for a vertical geo-exchanger).

An autogenous welding nozzle, to which the four GEO-Flex Φ32 pipes are welded, is placed in each vertical geothermal well.

Polypropylene collectors, for the horizontal geo-exchanger pairs of collectors (supply - return) made of polypropylene random are placed. The trunk of the collectors has a cross-section of Φ63 and supply saddles Φ25. The roads are analogous to the circuits we will install underground. They also have an automatic vent and an additional valve for filling the geo-exchanger.

Weight for installation of a vertical geo-exchange, which is attached to the nozzle and helps to place the pipes in the borehole.

Vertical circuit pipe spacer, which is placed in the quartet of pipes installed in each borehole and keeps the distance between them constant.

Following the demand of our time for cleaner and greener houses combined with mild forms of energy, our company implements the Interplast Green Line system which is offered for domestic or non-domestic applications, using an inexhaustible resource, the geothermal load of the soil.
