Sale of the system per radiator and corresponding receivers in the stairwell or boiler room and autonomy panel in the boiler room with the hour counters corresponding to the apartments.
Price per radiator: Euro 150
The price includes all work, as well as a 2-year warranty.
Project duration: installation time is less than one hour per apartment.
Maintenance: No maintenance is required. After 2 years, the batteries from the wireless heads/body valves and room thermostats are replaced.
In case of changing the battery by the company, the cost together with the control and coordination of wireless devices, Price per radiator: Euro 9,-
For the safety and proper operation of the system in your apartment building, a differential pressure valve should be installed in the boiler room, to keep the water flow constant at the required levels protecting the heating circuit from hydraulic overpressure. Cost including installation: Euro 380,- (to be divided among the apartments).
