1. Replacement of the upper classical switch (supply) of each radiator body with a thermostatic switch.
Here, hydraulic intervention is needed to change only the old switches, not piping
A wireless head valve is screwed onto the thermostatic switch of each radiator body which works with 2 alkaline batteries where it receives a command from the room thermostat of each apartment and thus turns each radiator body on and off.
2. A simple or digital programmable room thermostat that works with 2 alkaline batteries and communicates wirelessly with all radiator heads and the command receiver is placed inside each compartment.
The room thermostat is the "heart" of the system as it enables the tenant of each apartment to operate the heating at desired times and room temperatures.
3, One or more (depending on the number of apartments) wireless receivers to receive commands from the room thermostats of each apartment are placed in the stairwell or boiler room of the apartment building.
All command receivers are connected by cables to the autonomy panel with hour counters placed in the boiler room of the apartment building. The autonomy panel, when it receives a command from the room thermostat - receiver, activates the hour meter of the apartment and puts the boiler and the heating circulator into operation.
Inside the apartments, there are no cables as all devices work wirelessly.
All the above wireless devices operate at a frequency of 868.35MHz which is in line with the new European directives on "household" operating frequencies.
Range of devices up to 120 meters in an open space or 30 meters through intervening walls.
