1. for the apartment (placed on all panels)
Replacement of the upper classical switch (hot water supply) of each radiator body with a thermostatic switch.
Here, hydraulic intervention is needed to change only the old switches, not piping
A thermostatic head is screwed onto the thermostatic switch of each radiator panel which automatically adjusts the heating function according to the temperature selected for each room.
In the case of a covered panel, a thermostatic head with a remote capillary-type sensor is placed.
A Heating Cost Allocator (meter) is placed on each radiator.
The heating cost allocator records the energy consumption of the heating element.
Heating cost allocators (meters) have high technology (double sensor) that ensures the invariance of the measurement recording process. In the event of an attempted violation, they immediately send an alarm message to the Measurement Collection Units.
2. for the apartment building (in the stairwell)
Measurement Collection Units (receivers) and control of all system operations are placed in the common area (stairwell) of the apartment building. (one per two floors).
The meters wirelessly send their readings at regular intervals to the receivers from which the utility company collects them in order to issue heating bills.
This avoids disturbing the tenants from reading the measurements for the apartment building (in the boiler room)
3. in the boiler room
Installation in the boiler room of the multi-family differential pressure valve, which protects the installation from high pressures created when there is no heating demand.
In order to achieve the maximum degree of economy, a heating controller (compensation) is placed in the boiler room, which regulates the temperature of the water flowing throughout the installation, depending on the prevailing weather conditions. The energy savings made by compensation will be an ADDITIONAL minimum of 30%. The economy offered by the system pays off the installation costs quickly.
