Como-floor
PEX crosslinked polyethylene pipe with oxygen barrier, designed for underfloor heating. The pipe is characterized by its particular flexibility and above all the fact that it exceeds the operating temperature requirements of the specific installation. And the barrier protects and increases the lifetime of the metal parts of the installation (e.g. boiler).

Spinning wheel
To facilitate thermohydraulics, Interplast has a special wind to which long lengths of pipes (600m) are applied. It has a low weight to be easily moved indoors and is painted with electrostatic paint.

Collector
It is a bar-type distributor, nickel-plated, brass, nominal diameter 1" with 3/4" thread (Eurocone). The supply manifold has an Allen or flow meter for the regulation of the circuit supplies, while the return manifold has thermoelectric valves of motors providing the possibility of adapting thermoelectric motors (actuators), which, with the command of the thermostats of each room, allow the autonomous operation of the corresponding circuits of each room.
For better balancing of the heating system, the special inlet and return manifolds to which thermometers are attached must be used.
The success of an underfloor heating installation is based on the smallest possible temperature difference between the supply and return water.

Switchboard
It is made of 1mm thick galvanized sheet metal. Height is adjustable up to 815mm. It has an adjustable removable frame for plaster protection, which adjusts the depth of the panel from 115 to 165 mm.

Thermoelectric motor (actuator)
The Thermoelectric motor is connected through a transformer-distributor to the corresponding room thermostat so that we can set a different temperature in each room. Through the transformer distributor, we can connect the thermoelectric motors to the thermostats of each room.

24 and 230 Volt sockets
The 24 or 230-volt bases take orders from the room thermostats and give orders to the thermoelectric motors of the collector to open and close the circuits according to the desired room temperature.

Circulator activator
It starts or stops the circulator with the necessary time delay when the thermostats give the command to start or stop the heating to the electrothermal motors.

Room thermostat
Discreet and stylish wired room thermostat with which we achieve the desired room temperature which can be adjusted step by step with an accuracy of 1/4 degree Celsius.

Form plate
Expanded polystyrene plate with a water vapor barrier (PE film) and thermal insulation density of 30 kgr/m³, dimensions 135 x 75 x 4.5 cm, which have notches that allow perfect fit between them.

Special pieces of joints
It is placed at the predetermined points that we have chosen from the study and in the dwellings from the internal doors of the building in order to accommodate the contractions and expansions of the hot concrete.

Perimeter tape
It is made of polyethylene foam, and has a film (which is placed on the form plates for tightness in relation to the concrete) and a sticker for its support.

Props
They are used for better support of the tube on the form plate, where this is required.

Concrete fluidizer
It improves the composition of hot concrete, increasing its strength, tightness, and fluidity. This results in easier pumping and casting.

Polypropylene fibers
They strengthen the concrete by preventing the creation of cracks and increase the mechanical resistances in tension and compression, as a result of which the resistances of the hot concrete are improved by preventing problems from temperature changes.

Three-way and four-way mixing valve
They achieve the regulation of the supply water temperature, based on the operating thermal requirements of the underfloor heating system.

Electric valve motor with temperature preset
It is placed in the triode mixing valve where, with the help of a sensor, we determine the desired temperature (15-70oC) of the supply of the circuits. At the same time, we adjust the time (recommended time 30 sec) that the sensor instructs the electric motor to balance the supply temperature.

Contact hydrostat
Stops the pump if the water temperature exceeds the maximum desired setting.

Compensation
It checks, with the help of sensors, the ambient temperature, the internal room temperature, and the boiler temperature, and intervenes and adjusts the operation of the triode valve so that it yields the required operating temperature for the underfloor system.

Electric valve motor
It is placed on the triode mixing valve, connected to the compensation control panel, and determines the supply temperature depending on the outside temperature.

Circulator
The circulation of hot water in the circuits (pipes) of the floor heating is achieved with the circulator. The power as well as the cross-section (pump nozzles) are determined by the study of floor heating (losses-circuits) and are different according to the needs and requirements of the space we want to heat.

Water Mixing System
The Water Mixing system is placed on the Distribution Board and is a solution for mixing the water to achieve the desired temperature of the supply water to the horizontal underfloor heating system. It is mainly recommended in cases where we have mixed heating systems (underfloors and radiators). In case the installation is chosen to be carried out with the mixing system in the distribution board, separate provisions and branches in the boiler room are not required.

Wireless thermostat system
It is a wireless communication system (without the use of cables) of room thermostats that act as transmitters and a base that acts as a receiver giving orders to the thermoelectric motors of the collector to open and close the circuits according to the desired room temperature.
This system is an intelligent and flexible solution in those cases where we want to install separate thermostats afterwards to control the desired temperature per room, without having to install communication cables.
