Electronic wall-mounted, ON-OFF with large digital display & multipurpose rotary button, a simultaneous indication of desired or actual temperature.
The new room thermostat RDH100 not only ensures ideal room conditions but additionally:
Basic features:
What is the EcoDesign Directive (ErP)?
The ErP (Energy-related Product) regulations aim to reduce energy use within the EU. The new ErP standards require an energy label to be affixed when a boiler and thermostat are installed at the same time.
What is TPI control?
TPI (Time Proportional & Integral) control is a standard industry term for magazineon/off control of a heating system, based on an advanced energy-saving control method. With TPI control, temperature control will be improved over conventional 2-position on/off control. This implies that the energy system works more efficiently. The TPI control algorithm in the RDH100 is derived from the PID (proportional–integral–derivative) control used in the REV series of thermostats. Technically the PID algorithm of the REV is somewhat superior to the TPI algorithm of the new RDH/RDJ as it includes the differential (D - derivative) term.
