DESIGN
SPLENDID heating panels are designed for high heating performance and pressure resistance through virtual computer analysis and design programs in collaboration with the German scientific institute for Heating HLK in Stuttgart. 90°C/70°C water temperature at 20°C room temperature.
PRODUCTION
SPLENDID heating panels are produced from cold rolled steel with modern technology and as a result, have perfect surfaces. A fully automated process does their welding with computer-controlled systems. All panels are 100% pressure tested at 10.5 bar (13 bar).
PAINT & PACKAGING
SPLENDID panel surfaces are chemically cleaned and treated with phosphating by spraying. They are then dipped in primer and dried in ovens. The color coating is done with electrostatic epoxy powder paint (White RAL 9010) and dried in ovens (200°C) according to DIN 55900 specifications. The panels are packed in nylon with bubbles and cardboard corners to protect against hits. In addition, the panels are covered with heat-shrinkable nylon to protect against dust and moisture.
CHARACTERISTIC ADVANTAGES
SPLENDID heating panels are available in three different models and three heights (400-600-900mm). Their length varies from 400 to 2000mm. Thanks to their small capacity in water with an optimal pitch of 33mm, they offer high performance and at the same time save operating costs. Their painted suspension system, made from the wall or alternatively by using additional parts from the floor, allows them to replace old steel or cast iron bodies.

SPLENDID heating panels are produced with years of experience through processes that have been tested and approved by international organizations for their quality certification according to ISO 9001, TSE, DIN, and EN 442 specifications.
